How will I know my order has been placed?

Our web site will email you automatically, once you have completed your order to confirm that the order has been received.

Can I pay by cheque?

Yes, we are happy to accept cheques made payable to 4 Kiddies, however your order will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared.  (we allow 4 working days for cheques to clear).  Once you have placed your items in the shopping cart and gone through checkout, simply select cheque as your payment method.

Are my items in stock?

Our web site is set up to show you on the product page if an item is currently in stock.  Occassionally items are out of stock awaiting further stock from our suppliers, however you can still purchase the product.  We will advise an approximate delivery date for out of stock items via email.

When will goods be dispatched?

Stock items will be dispatched within 24 hours (working days).  If you place your order before 3pm Mon-Fri, we will endeavour to dispatch the same day.

Will you delivery my order to an alternative address?

This depends on your payment method.  If paying by paypal for added security we will only ship to the paypal address.  For other payment methods we are happy to send to an alternative address.

My order has not arrived, what can I do?

If you have chosen courier delivery we will have provided you with an online tracking reference, and you will be able to see the status of your delivery by viewing online.

If your order has been shipped via Royal Mail, then please allow upto 7 working days for delivery before contacting us.   We will offer a replacement order to be sent.  We always obtain a proof of postage and should the need arise to claim from the Royal Mail we will complete paperwork as necessary.  Please note:  The Royal Mail will contact you to confirm that the items were not received.

The item I received is not as I expected it to be, can I return it?

Simply contact us via email or telephone and advise us that you will be returning the item(s) (at your own cost) and we will be happy to accept the return.  Please note: returned items must be in original saleable condition.  We will refund you in full upon receipt of the returned item(s).

Is this web site secure?

Our payment pages are secure and payment page URL's will start with https:// to confirm that the web page is on a secure server.
